Vincent Weng, Charisma's Founder and Managing Partner, has over 20 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience. Prior to founding Charisma, he served as an Executive Director of the Private Equity division of China International Capital Corporation Limited (“CICC”) from early 2007 to 2012, mainly involved in growth stage and pre-IPO investments.

Before joining CICC, he was Director of MUS Roosevelt Asia Pacific Fund LP and Mitsubishi UFJ Greater China Trust (sponsored by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), mainly responsible for deal sourcing and investment execution in China. Previously, Vincent had worked with Shanghai Venture in 1998 (one of the earliest venture capital funds in China).

Vincent received a Master of Science degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School, London City University, and a bachelor's degree in International Business & Industry Engineering from Shanghai University.

Yi is responsible for leading the research efforts and executing the deal. Prior to joining Charisma Partner, Yi served at YF Financial as Managing Director and Executive Director at YF Capital from 2014 to 2019. He worked at the investment banking division at CICC from 2006 to 2013. Yi specializes in the consumer sector and capital market. His previous investments include Haidilao, Cjia, Aikang, Citco, Koubei, Xiaomi, and Deerma.

Yi holds a master's degree in Finance and a bachelor's degree in Management, both from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Ye is responsible for leading Charisma’s post-investment management team. Prior to joining Charisma, Ye served at Hillhouse Capital’s post-investment management team and was mainly responsible for building up the offline operations management system for a wholly-owned pet hospital chain. Previously, Ye served as China CFO in 3G Capital’s portfolio KraftHeinz and participated in the post-investment management for its business division in China and North America. Ye began his career with Royal Wessanen, a Dutch-listed company, where he progressively served as Internal Auditor, Controller, CFO US, and Managing Director of Juice Drinks.

Ye holds two bachelor's degrees from the UK and the Netherlands, majoring in Business Economics, Accounting, and Finance, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Ye is a USCPA.

Winnie is Charisma’s Global Venture Partner and serves as the advisory member. Winnie is the founder and Director of her Single Family Office, Rivere Capital, in London. Winnie manages and oversees the investments, including asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and investment selection across multiple asset classes.

Winnie has over 17 years of experience managing family businesses and has led her company through the process of going public. Her specializations include sustainable investment strategies, assessments, and comprehensive risk management. Winnie is also the founder of several charitable organizations that actively engage in philanthropic initiatives.

Winnie holds an MBA degree from KEDGE Business School in France and Executive and Venture Finance certificates from Oxford Saïd Business School.
